BluFin Development was formed with a mission to be a different type of developer. Prior to forming BluFin Development, I was affiliated with the affordable housing development firm of WRL Realty Services, Inc., where we successfully executed several developments approaching nearly 1,000 affordable units and several hundred million dollars in aggregate development budgets. Our development team consists of expert legal professionals, veteran affordable housing-focused architectural firms, top notch construction monitors and award-wining general contracting firms.
